Boilerplate

Quantum Leap Sports Agency (QLSA) is the first athlete-powered coalition: a Washington, DC-based operating company that builds programs, original media, and a long-term ownership model around collegiate and professional athletes. Founded by Troy E. Mosley, QLSA operates across three integrated pillars — Programs, Media, and Coalition — and partners with universities, HBCUs, civic institutions, and category brands to give athletes a meaningful seat at the table their careers help to build.

Cleared for use as standard boilerplate. Please link "Quantum Leap Sports Agency" to qlsasports.com on first mention.

Our symbols

Four Symbols. Four Principles.

QLSA’s brand carries four Adinkra symbols — traditional Akan visual proverbs from Ghana — each naming a principle of the coalition. Please keep meanings intact when referencing them.

Wealth
Sankofa

Reach back and reclaim what is valuable — heritage into generational wealth.

Leadership
Adinkrahene

The chief of all symbols — leadership, greatness, and the charisma to set the standard.

Influence
Dwennimmen

The ram’s horns — strength with humility. Influence that persuades, never dominates.

Justice
Epa

The handcuffs — law, justice, and accountability. A reckoning, and a fairer deal ahead.

Adinkra are traditional symbols of the Akan people of Ghana. For alternate color treatments or vector formats, email troy.mosley@qlsasports.com.
